Do you have a retail store?
No public store — orders ship or are available for local pickup by appointment.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Pickup is by appointment. You’ll get instructions after ordering.

Do you ship orders?
Yes, within Canada. Usually ships in 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Are your discs new?
Yes — all discs are brand new unless stated otherwise.

Are discs weighed or photographed individually?
Each disc is weighed and photographed so you know exactly what you’re getting.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
Contact us within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect discs — we’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?
Unused discs in original condition can be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Do you restock sold-out discs?
Some molds restock regularly; others depend on availability. Reach out if you’re looking for something specific.
